Thank you for helping us raise sufficient funds to join with 2 other anonymous consortium members and employ a planning consultant - Context Planning Ltd. Context Planning submitted the report (see link above) which was then attached to the standard Regulation 19 submissions form and emailed in to Policy.consultation@southglos.gov.uk on 11th April 2025, a receipt email was received at 10.43am.

Context Planning are happy to continue to work with us and represent us at the future Planning Inspectorate hearings but we will need to raise considerably more funds to pay for them. Whilst we contributed £1,500 so far, this was only a small portion of the overall cost and we can not assume reliance on other consortium members in the future.
