Notice of our AGM
11 am Sunday 15th February 2026
Warmley Community Centre
Open to anyone who agrees with and supports the Objectives of our Group as defined in our current Constitution–these are:-
1. To Protect Green Spaces within South Gloucestershire from mass development.
2. To raise awareness of the proposed South Gloucestershire Local Plan within the community.
3. To encourage the community to engage with the Local Plan consultation process.
4. To develop and promote arguments for protecting Green Spaces and quality of life for all.
Your attendance will imply your agreement to the above and entitle you to vote in the meeting.
The meeting agenda is to be confirmed but will include:
A summary of our activities over the last year and an outline of the current committee’s plans for the next year.
Presentation and a vote to accept the 2024-2025 annual accounts.
A vote to update the current Constitution .- details will be made available on our web site in advance of the meeting.
Appointment of the new Committee and Officers – Chair, Treasurer and Secretary
We would welcome additional Committee members so please get in touch if you would like to get involved.
